Ready for Anything BB is a classic comic book lettering font designed with a Speedball C-6 pen nib, giving it supremely versatile letter-forms to complement any comic book art. As if that weren't enough, it also features contextual alternates that swap through six versions of every letter, three versions of every number, exclamation point, and questions marks. It also automatically corrects errant serif-I, and creates a bouncy baseline for any more than three consecutive letter!

With designs drawn specifically for comfortable reading in everything from on-screen digital content to print in periodicals and books, Mundo Serif is ready to take on just about any project. Carl Crossgrove drew the suite of typefaces to complement his Mundo Sans family’s classic humanistic design traits – and added a subtle modern influence. Restrained stroke modulation, generous counters, commanding x-height and tall ascenders ensure that content set in Mundo Serif is both legible and easy on the eyes. While primarily designed for text copy in print and on screen, Mundo Serif becomes a powerful display type tool in the lightest and boldest weights. Headlines, navigational links and banners are naturals for this versatile collection of typefaces.
Mundo Serif is a large family. Nine weights, each with an italic companion, enable precise typographic tuning. Captions, subheads, pull quotes and long-form copy can be melded to create a welcoming page of modulated text. For best results in digital environments, skipping a weight – or even two – ensures hierarchical clarity. Crossgrove did extensive testing of Mundo Serif to ensure the best possible on-screen readability. To further guarantee optimal digital imaging of the family, he gave the design generous inter-character spacing and slightly expanded intricate characters like the lowercase a and g.
If the goal is diversified or multi-platform branding, look no further than Mundo Sans. The two designs harmonize with each other perfectly in weight, typographic color and proportion. Both designs benefit from large international character set that includes support for most Central European and many Eastern European languages. For a stronger contrast, pair Mundo Serif with virtually any sans serif grotesque design.
Crossgrove has designed a variety of typefaces ranging from the futuristic and organic Biome™ to the warm, clean lines of the Mundo Sans. His work for Monotype also often takes Crossgrove into the realm of custom fronts for branding and non-Latin scripts.

Inspired by the spirit of bluegrass music and the aesthetic of its wood type gig posters,this typeface explores certain concepts of rhythm and seeks to translate a piece of this universe into writing.
Meant to be used in large sizes, Dobro is a 6-font set designed to work nicely together. It comes in 4 different weights, one color font with miscellaneous and connectors, plus frames and borders that pay tribute to vintage wood type catalogues.
As an old company motto used to say: “Dobro means good in any language!”

When you license Dobro you will download a pack with OpenType fonts but also a Color Font version of Dobro Drunk. (To use color fonts Photoshop CC 2017 /2018, Illustrator CC 2018 or QuarkXpress 2018 is required). If you create outlines in illustrator you can also modify the colors!

Magnolia is inspired by “Globe Gothic” design yet features different proportions, curves, serif shapes and contrast, which give it a classy, playful and a more contemporary look. Essay was born from an afternoon in Berlin in September 2013, looking at old book covers.
Inspired by Herb Lubalin, Athletics & Rock music. Its details relate with speed & punk styles but keeping the main structure intact. Works perfectly as main/bold typography combined with some serif typefaces.

Atelier started years ago as a sketch for a branding project. Like a lot of my fonts, I would pick it up and work on it for a bit and then have to concentrate on another project. I picked this one back up and came at it with a new perspective, which is always fun. As I was designing it, I was thinking about craft of woodtype and also 70’s Dutch design.
The result is a dramatic typeface with personality that is also clean and fun to use. Atelier has a simple structure that gives the user the ability to style, as needed. That is always one of our challenges, to create a typeface with personality, but also to give it a solid foundation for the end-user.
We added little notches to soften Atelier up a little and help with legibility. As the typeface gets larger, you are able to see these details. We also spent a lot of time making alternates, support for many languages and making sure the spacing and kerning was perfect. We hope you agree!
